Mike was very subtle a couple Sunday's ago in letting me know it was time to update this thing. He said, "So, it's Sunday. The day I usually sit down and check out all the blogs. And you know how it is when some blogs aren't updated, and we say, Grrr! Why haven't they updated their blog? Well, we are one of those blogs." *Sigh* (Smile at the thought of his slyness) Needless to say the hint was definitely taken, and I knew from that first comment, there were many more to come until I got on the ball, so...here are a lot of pics for you to take in! You all know how I do this. :) Cause, darn it, I just think my kids are too blasted cute and just can't get enough pictures of them! And so, the wonderful burden of posting them all has me up till wee hours of the morning (or at least around 10/11 or so when my eyelids are about to shut themselves whether I'm in bed or not) until I can finally rest. And then I wake up the next morning and see another cute shot...
Oregon Winter 2008/2009
This was actually the worst winter Oregon has seen in about 40 years.
Unfortunately, we obviously brought a little Rexburg with us.

And now for the good stuff!!!Christmas 2008

This is a family friend who grows out his beard every year and goes around
to people's houses to spread Christmas cheer! What a great idea! Dylan
sure LOVED to see the Santa he had been hearing about!
His "tiny car" from Santa. He didn't put it down all day, as you can see from the rest of the Christmas pictures.

Hmmm, Santa left this cookie...
...guess I'd better finish it off! Mmmm.

After he realized that the car wouldn't move at all if his feet were in it. :) Smart kid!Happy New Year!
A great pair of celebrators starting early evening...
...and ending around 7. She clearly gave it all she could! The Portland Children's Museum
This is Dylan's favorite place to be! And when he talks on the phone and you
ask him who he's talking to, he says, "Chidren' Mazeum! I want to ride on the bus!"
Water Works

She just woke up from a nap
Construction Zone
Dig Pit
The infamous bus!
He's a great driver, but also a VERY good passenger. He does very well taking turns and when others
are driving, he takes his post pushing buttons for them and waving to people out the window!
How awesome is that!
And a grocery store?! Ah, how cool!

All these are in the Bob the Builder exhibit. This place is AWESOME! I love it!

Giving Bob & Wendy high-five

EasterDecorating easter cookies at our place with a couple of Dylan's friends and
a ward East egg hunt

A Day in the Park
Dylan and Elle both love the park as you can clearly see!

Tillamook Cheese Factory & Cannon Beachwith my Mom and Dad and Rache

Shots of the DayLooks like there's really enough here for about one each day since I've last posted..
.Hehehe

This is one my favorite outfits of hers right now
Of course, I had to get a picture before I brought out the Dyson...which Dylan was happy about, since he LOVES to vacuum!

It's been a long time since I've seen him fall asleep in a position like this. Funny boy! :)
She looks so young here, as this was taken about 3 1/2 months ago

My little helper. He LOVES to feed Elle, by hand and spoon!
She loves to play with the bottle nipple and sometimes she goes for it so quick that it's at
an angle with milk in it, which sprays its way smack in her face. Hahaha, poor thing. :)
I don't know what it is about a back shot of people, but I LOVE this one!
Helping me get the grapes ready for eating

Hahaha, I've got a video of this, too, but he went around the kitchen
"steaming" everything, complete with his "Pshhhh" sound for the steam.

My little lady and gentleman!
He loves his graham crackers long! It took quite a few tries to find the trick
to getting them that way instead of them breaking in half. :)
Pudding day! This boy loves pudding. Who doesn't?

An indoor pool day

This is his Sunday Bedroom Lunch. We have this because his nap is around 1, but we don't
get home from church till after 2. So, he gets to have lunch in his room and fall asleep from there.

Uncle John (Mike's oldest brother) and Aunt Andrea came to visit! Woohoo!

Dylan's "tiny car" at Albertson's. He always asks for it!

Hahaha, I had to sneak around the counter to catch this shot. Every time Icame to do it, she stopped and smiled at me. But this time I was quick!
It's hard to see, but he's got quite a good goose-egg on his forehead on the right.Right away, he looked at me and said, "Need medicine." What a cutie. :)

Hard at work drawing. His favorite things to draw are eggs and a moon and his requestfor me is always a watch, which he calls "tickety tock" from the Blue's Clues movies.
He loves to play with Play-doh

Hard at work in his Handy Dandy notebook...
...and reading his letter from Mailbox, both from Blue's Clues.

I don't get too many sleeping shot of Elle since the camera is usually downstairs,
whereas I've got tons of Dylan since we lived in a single level when he was little.

We've decided that when we get a car like this one, it's got to be
a gift for both of them, since Elle loves this just as much as Dylan does.
